We arrived in Montego Bay very late at night, after another hotel purporting to have 24/7 reception was not able to help us! We were happy to be close to the airport for a morning flight. A/C, TV, pool and restaurant are all bonuses.

my family and I just got back from our vacation and we had to spend our last day at the Gloriana hotel. We had a last-minute cancellation with her flight and with it being Christmas Eve we were literally stranded at 10 o’clock at night. With nowhere to go, I searched on this website, and I found this hotel. We booked a hotel in a part of arrival. The people were very courteous and friendly and happy to help us out. The property is plain and simple with a pool and amazing restaurant for fresh home. Cook Jamaican food. Everyone at the hotel, or so friendly.

We had a nice balcony with a large room. The pool was great. Food was easy to buy, very reasonably priced and tasted great! The wood work was beautiful.

Pool was good - open til 10pm, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly, check in was easy, location is good - a short walk to where we wanted to go.

Convenience to the town. It was a quiet and beautiful place, not what you would find in a budget destination.
